Refund & Returns Policy 

We want you to be pleased with your purchase everytime you shop with Quantock Saddlery. However occasionally you may wish to return items so we have listed our returns policy below.

Quantock Saddlery accepts the return of items only if they are in there original  condition and are returned within 14 days.

Defective items

You can always return items if they are defective for a full refund or replacement. 

Delivery charges for returned items

If you are returning an item because it is defective or we have sent it in error we will refund the delivery charges in sending the item to us. otherwise you will be responsible for these charges.

Returning Items

To return an item please contact Quantock Saddlery and let us know what product you  purchased and we will explain how to return the item.

Cancelling an item 

Under the terms of the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. We cannot however accept  cancellations for items that have been used or damaged.
